Your order shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via air freight. Express tracked delivery is set as default at the checkout. An upgrade item exists to select urgent airfreight with shipping times reduced by 2-3 days - just add this item to the cart as a regular item and the additional cost will indicate to us to use this service. If you prefer alternative delivery methods please contact us before ordering otherwise the default method applies. Untracked shipping is unavailable at this time due to the Covid situation.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each individual order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Any import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders placed for out of stock products will be back ordered and fulfilled as soon as new stock arrives. If this is not acceptable please contact us for a refund.
